Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Dubai?

Yes, orders placed before 7:30 PM are typically delivered the same day, subject to availability. A minimum of 4 hours is required for preparation and delivery, so please choose your delivery time slot accordingly.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver only to the exact address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate and complete before placing your order.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is unavailable when our driver arrives, we'll leave the flowers at the door and notify the recipient directly.

What if the recipient doesn't answer the phone at delivery?

If our driver can't reach the recipient by phone upon arrival at the delivery location, the flowers may be brought back to us. If you'd like us to attempt redelivery, a new delivery charge will apply.

Can I schedule flowers for a specific date or time?

Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.

Products & Customization

Do you include a message card?

Yes, every order comes with a free message card so you can add a personal note.

Can I add chocolates, balloons, or other extras to my order?

Yes, just let us know your request and we'll do our best to include it with your flowers.

What if a specific flower isn't in season or in stock?

If a particular flower isn't available, we'll substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other online payment methods available at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only issued if you decline and return the flowers to our driver at the time of delivery. Once flowers have been accepted, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. After that, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
