At CheapFlowers.ae, we are committed to providing beautiful, fresh flowers with every order. Please review our refund and delivery policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if you decline and return the flowers to our delivery driver at the time of delivery. Once the flowers have been accepted and our driver has left the location, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Delivery Location

We deliver only to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double check your delivery details before placing your order to avoid any issues.

3. Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not available when our driver arrives, the flowers will be left at the door and the recipient will be notified.

4. No Answer at Delivery

If our driver cannot reach the recipient by phone upon arrival, the flowers may be brought back to us. If a redelivery is then requested, a new delivery charge will apply.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer.
• The flowers were accepted at the time of delivery.
• The recipient was unavailable and the flowers were left at the door as per our delivery policy.
